When you create an 8h55 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Your username and password are personal and must not be shared with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
Each player may create and maintain only one active account with 8h55. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, circumvent limits, or hide losses is a violation of our terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Account ownership remains with 8h55 at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that appears fraudulent, duplicated, or used for money laundering or other illegal purposes. Players must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to their account.

Deposits & Withdrawals
8h55 accepts deposits through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳350 and the maximum daily withdrawal is ৳120,000. Deposits are processed instantly and appear in your account balance immediately.
Withdrawals are processed within 14 minutes on average and credited directly to your original payment method. You must verify your identity (KYC process) before withdrawing funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳700. If your withdrawal request is declined, 8h55 will provide a reason and you may resubmit.
Chargebacks and disputes: Players who dispute legitimate deposits or initiate chargebacks without valid cause will have their account closed and may face legal action. All transactions are recorded and verified through our banking partners.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses offered by 8h55, including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, and cashback rewards, are subject to specific terms. The welcome bonus is 120% on first deposit up to ৳11,500, with a 21× wagering requirement. You must wager the bonus amount 21 times before withdrawing bonus funds or any winnings derived from the bonus.
Bonus eligibility: Bonuses apply only to new players making their first deposit, unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion. Duplicate accounts, self-excluded players, and accounts under investigation cannot claim bonuses. Bonuses expire 7 days after credit if unused.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened except under exceptional circumstances and only after 30 days have passed.
Limitation of Liability
